1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and betjijl ("betjijl ", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betjijl website located at https://betjijl.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the betjijl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the site, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments published on this page.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betjijl Platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full.

betjijl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and betjijl.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the betjijl Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. betjijl operates exclusively as an 18+ platform. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, betting, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Personal use: You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal, recreational use. Use of the Platform on behalf of third parties, as part of a business enterprise, or for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active betjijl account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Attempts to register additional accounts will result in all accounts associated with the individual being suspended or permanently closed.

betjijl takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that an account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits applied to the account.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools to restrict access to online gambling sites for minors. betjijl supports and cooperates with all reasonable efforts to prevent underage gambling across Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of betjijl services — including placing bets, accessing the live casino, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a verified betjijl account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information truthfully:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued identification);
• Date of birth (confirming you are aged 18 or above);
• Valid email address and mobile phone number;
• Bangladesh-based mobile banking number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) for payment processing;
• A secure password of your own choosing.

All financial transactions on the betjijl Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjijl supports the following local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Mobile financial service by BRAC Bank
• Nagad — Digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Digital wallet service

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though betjijl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large or unusually structured deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts; in some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment provider.

betjijl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transfer charges, for which betjijl bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension. betjijl reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

betjijl maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. Any transaction identified as suspicious, structured to avoid reporting thresholds, or connected to potentially illicit activity will be escalated for investigation and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

betjijl offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general conditions set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all betjijl bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

• Bonuses credited in error — due to a technical fault, communication error, or platform malfunction — are not valid and will be reclaimed from the affected account.
• Participation in betjijl promotions constitutes acceptance of both these general Terms and the specific terms of each individual promotion.

betjijl defines "bonus abuse" as any strategy, behaviour, or pattern of play that exploits promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. This includes, but is not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, systematic exploitation of reload offers using minimal real-money exposure, and coordinated bonus farming across a network of accounts.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and associated winnings voided. In serious or repeated cases, the account may be permanently closed without recourse.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the betjijl Platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti), slot games, and instant crash games (Boat of Fortune, Monster Mine).

• Bet acceptance: betjijl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including before and after the event in question, if there is reason to believe the bet was placed in error, involves suspicious activity, or violates these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Odds and game results: All odds offered on betjijl are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are fixed and will not change. Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems are final and cannot be disputed.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. betjijl will not be responsible for any discrepancy between displayed odds and settled odds where the discrepancy is caused by a communication delay, network latency, or technical issue on the user's side.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, early termination of a match, verified data feed errors, or the identification of a clear and obvious error in the odds offered.
• Game provider rules: For all casino games supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), the rules of the individual game as published by the provider apply in addition to these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjijl Platform. Any user found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, associated winnings voided, and deposits returned (less any bonuses applied) at betjijl's sole discretion:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or betting markets;

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the technical systems or security infrastructure of betjijl;
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, avoiding account restrictions, or circumventing betjijl's AML or KYC checks;
• Allowing third parties to access or operate your betjijl account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational gambling.

betjijl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, account activity, and financial transactions in real time. These systems flag unusual patterns for manual review by our Trust & Safety team. Users whose accounts are flagged for review may have their withdrawal access temporarily restricted pending investigation. betjijl will communicate the status of any investigation to the affected user via their registered email address.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

betjijl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for criminal purposes;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;

• Identification of duplicate accounts registered to the same individual;
• Prolonged account inactivity (see Dormant Account Policy below).

Voluntary Closure: You have the right to close your betjijl account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, betjijl will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method within 3–5 business days. Any unclaimed bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. betjijl will notify you via your registered email address before applying dormancy charges. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from dormant account balances after the notification period. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing the standard verification process.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betjijl reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or underage gambling — betjijl may retain those funds in accordance with its legal obligations and internal policies. betjijl's decision in such matters is final, subject only to applicable law.
